Pool and Spa Inspections
The BrickKicker makes sure your pool is safe and functional with every pool and spa inspection. The BrickKicker will evaluate the current condition of all accessible pool components to give you the opportunity to make the best decisions on your new pool going forward.
With every Pool Inspection, you can expect:
We inspect the fencing, gates, screen enclosure, proximity to electrical wires, location of electrical outlets and placement to the home.
We'll inspect the pool and deck surface condition, specifically cracks, discoloration, and pitting. We also inspect the coping surrounding the pool area for open joints and cracking. Plus, we inspect drains for the presence of anti-vortex covers for safety concerns.
Our inspections also include a full examination of the pool equipment. We make sure the pump, filters, timer controls, piping, heaters, skimmers, are all actively operational.
Georgia’s Leader in Pool Inspection
Pool equipment is not meant to sit for long periods of time without use. If you are purchasing a home with a pool that hasn’t been turned on for a season or two, consider a pool inspection with The BrickKicker to make sure your new pool will work going forward.
